The player acknowledges, agrees and accepts that still images and footage of the tournament, including any part thereof (e.g. including warm-ups, award ceremonies, press conferences, interviews, etc.), some of them depicting the same player, will be recorded, broadcasted, published and/or streamed by the International Padel Federation and/or its media partners, on a live or deferred basis, and/or used in any other manner for promotional and/or communication purposes related to FIP, the competition and/or the tour.understood and agreed
