All Qualification players/officials must settle the bills for all their personal expenses in the room with QTF
For Main draw players Organizer will cover room and breakfast as per FIP requirement.

Hotel included For Main Draw Players: 1 Night minimum from Tuesday(21 November) and including the day of your MD Match, check out the day after you lose.
If you lose after 2 PM you can have this night included and check out the day after you lost.

Meals: Lunch included (Organization will provide lunch vouchers and players can have lunch in 3 restaurants different variety at the venue) – Breakfast included in the hotel – Dinner not included
